The Star Wars Rebel Alliance Bowcaster is another spring powered direct plunger blaster. It is also loaded manually one foam dart at a time, and primed by pulling back the "bolt" handle, then just pull the trigger to fire a shot.
The blaster is packaged with 4 x foam darts. Although they are similar to Nerf foam darts, its not fully compatible with those ammo due to differences in internal dart construction.
Average range is around 20-25ft.
Once again, the bow arms are just for decoration, they are non-functional too. :)

is the barrel the pt, or does it use a similar system to the crossbow?

DeleteThe plunger tube is positioned further back and lower in the casing, there is a tube which links it to the barrel.
you can find these at disney world too. i saw a blue version of this but i was reluctant to buy it.
